From underground clubs to headlining major festivals, DJ Jnett is a driving force in the country’s vibrant electronic scene. Having catapulted her career in the early '90s as electronic dance music presenter for the popular live TV program ‘Recovery’ on ABC TV, to co-owning local record store ‘Hear Now’ (formerly known as Central Station Records), as well as presenting the weekly radio show ‘Are You Ready’

on PBS.fm, DJ Jnett has left an indelible mark on her local electronic community. An unwavering passion for music shines through every facet of her illustrious career. Her musical knowledge is unparalleled, and her DJ sets and vinyl technique are renowned for inspiring future generations of music enthusiasts.

DJ Jnett has played alongside the likes of Theo Parrish, Floating Points, Larry Heard, St Germain, Keinemusik, Dom Dolla & Peggy Gou. She’s performed on some of the biggest stages in the southern hemisphere including the Sidney Myer Bowl, The Forum and the Sydney Opera House. DJ Jnett frequents local festivals such as Pitch Music & Arts, Beyond the Valley, Sugar Mountain & Boiler Room, Splendour in the Grass, Meredith & Golden Plains Festival. Expect DJ Jnett to take you on an adventurous sonic journey through mind bending rhythms, soul thumping melodies and heavy hitting basslines that showcase the best of house, deep house, techno, funk, soul, disco, dub, reggae, and hip hop.

In recent years, DJ Jnett has further solidified her iconic imprint by focusing on her acclaimed party series, WILDLIFE, under her own brand, I Get The Music. This platform has played host to an array of prominent DJs and producers from all corners of the globe. Her highly-acclaimed debut EP WILDLIFE on Maurice Fulton’s label BubbleTease released in 2016, set the stage for her anticipated follow-up album. Transitioning into 2021, DJ Jnett assumed the prestigious role of Head of Music at Australia’s pioneering music listening bar, Music Room. In this capacity, she curates stellar lineups featuring the best local and international acts, further cementing her legacy as a tastemaker and musical influencer in the industry.
